House Rules

Sandringham is a fully renovated heritage property. Please note the following:

1. The fireplace runs on ethanol fuel. The flame is open to touch and located at approx. waist height. Bioethanol produces clean emissions; heat, water vapour and negligible amounts of carbon dioxide resulting in no waste. You will need to pour the fuel provided into the fireplace to use it.

2. The property is fully fenced and fur friend friendly. We ask that your pets don’t sleep on the beds or furniture, but we do provide snuggle spots for them instead!

3. The property has gas ducted heating and evaporative ducted cooling.

4. You are welcome to help yourself to the fruit and herbs from our garden
